How to Grill Corn


Peel the husks back from the cob and remove the strings; tie the husks together with a corn husk or twine to create a handle. Brush the corn with oil and grill over high heat, turning occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes, until lightly charred.

Bagel-flavored cornSpread corn with cream cheese and green onions; sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried onions and coarse salt.

With tomato pesto sauce and parmesan: Spread the corn with sun-dried tomato pesto, then roll in finely grated Parmesan cheese.

With feta cheese and breadcrumbs: Rub feta cheese over the corn, pressing it onto the cob; sprinkle with breadcrumbs and chopped chives.
