Grilled corn develops a richer flavor and summery aroma, and it's even more delicious topped with a fragrant butter. It's the perfect appetizer for backyard grill parties, perfect for entertaining your guests while you wait for the grilling meat. For easier handling, don't cut off the husks; instead, push them back to create a handle. Brush the grilled corn with butter mixed with green onions, ginger, and dark sesame oil for a delicious and healthy Asian-inspired snack.
