Recipe for casserole with pork sausages and onion sauce.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

- 300 ml of milk
- 3 eggs
- 125 g flour + 1 more tbsp.
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 8 large pork sausages
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 thinly sliced onions
- 300 ml beef broth
- Fresh thyme for serving

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Mix milk, eggs, flour, and a pinch of salt to form a runny dough. Refrigerate it for 1-2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Place the sausages in a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes. Drain the fat from the dish, reserving about 2 tablespoons, and pour the batter over the sausages. Bake for 30-35 minutes (the batter should rise and brown).
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until golden brown, 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add flour, broth, salt, and pepper, bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Sprinkle the sausages with thyme and serve with the onion sauce.
