Infuse boiled corn with rich flavor by brushing it with soft butter mixed with chopped green onions, lime zest, and salt. Make the flavorful butter before you cook the corn so it has time to infuse. Brush the hot cobs with butter, a little salt, and black pepper, and enjoy!
