Five minutes and five ingredients are all you need to make two delicious mocktails. Be sure to choose ginger beer over ginger ale. It has a sharper flavor that pairs perfectly with the sweetness of mango.

Ingredients:

  • 120 ml mango juice, chilled
  • 60 ml lime juice (from about 2 limes)
  • 1 can (320 ml) non-alcoholic ginger beer, such as Schweppes, chilled
  • 2 lime wedges
  • 2 mango wedges, for garnish
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • Pour the mango and lime juice into two glasses, adding ice if desired. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wedge and mango.
