Recipe:


Place 3 peeled bananas and 2 cups of blueberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 350°F (175°C) until the berries burst and the banana peels are dark brown, 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly, then peel the bananas. Blend the bananas and blueberries in a food processor until smooth. Let cool, then transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
