Combine cooked pasta with smoked turkey, sharp cheddar, and hard-boiled eggs in a refreshing creamy lemon dressing made with sour cream and mayonnaise. It's a great way to use up leftover turkey from last night's dinner, creating a hearty meal for the whole family.
