Ree Drummond makes her most delicious quesadilla with three types of cheese, fresh tomatoes, and chopped canned green chili peppers. The combination of cheddar, Monterey Jack, and spicy Pepper Jack makes this Mexican appetizer truly delicious and filling.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:

3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 cup grated white cheddar
- 1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup grated Pepper Jack cheese
- 6 tablespoons salted butter
- 6 wheat tortillas, 20 cm in diameter.
- A pinch of coarse salt
- A pinch of freshly ground black pepper
- 2 plum tomatoes, diced
- 1 can (110g) chopped green chili peppers, drained
- 9 fresh sprigs of cilantro for garnish

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Combine all the cheese in a bowl; set aside. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Place one tortilla in the skillet. Sprinkle with a third of the cheese mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add about a third of the diced tomatoes and a third of the chili pepper. Sprinkle with more cheese and top with a second tortilla. Cook until golden brown on the bottom, about 3 minutes.
- Carefully flip the quesadilla over. Continue cooking until the second side is golden brown, another 3–4 minutes. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Slice each quesadilla into wedges and garnish with cilantro sprigs.
