  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. grape seed oil

Sauce:

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. For cutlets: In a bowl, combine the beef and lamb. Season with salt and pepper, then remove from the bowl and form into 4 patties, each weighing 225g.

To cook the patties, heat the oil in a large skillet over high heat until it begins to smoke. Then reduce the heat to medium and add the patties.

Fry for 5 minutes on one side, then flip and fry the other side. When frying the second side, sprinkle the patties with feta cheese.
  2. For the sauce: While the cutlets are frying, combine the sour cream, cucumbers, onion, tomatoes, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Taste and season with additional spices, if desired.

Heat a second skillet over medium heat. Butter the insides of the buns, then place them in the warm skillet and toast until crisp, 2-3 minutes.

Once the buns are ready, assemble the burgers by placing lettuce, tomato, and patty on the buns, pour sauce on top, and enjoy.
