The pizza dough is a delicious advantage of these burgers. Plus, it doesn't get soggy like regular bread. The combination of flavors that meld together in this dish is truly worth trying. What's more, these burgers are easy to make. And don't forget the pizza sauce. Dipping the finished burgers in it perfectly complements their flavor.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:

3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.

1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
Bomb Burger
- 450 g of ground beef
- 450 gr. pizza dough, room temperature
- 250 g mature scamorza cheese, sliced
- 110 g thinly sliced pepperoni salami (about 32 slices)
- 1/4 cup olive oil, for greasing
Quick Pizza Sauce
- 1 can (400 g) of pureed tomatoes
- 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, finely grated
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Tomato sauce for pizzaIn a small saucepan over low heat, add olive oil and garlic. Cook until fragrant. Add tomato paste and seasoning, mashing with the back of a wooden spoon. Stir in the pureed tomatoes and bring to a simmer. Simmer the tomato pizza sauce for 15 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Preheat grill to medium-high and oven to 425°F (280°C) with a pizza stone on the middle rack.
- BurgerForm the meat into four 110g (4.5 oz) patties and season both sides with salt and pepper. Grill until medium-rare, then remove from heat to a paper towel-lined plate.
- Divide the pizza dough into four 110g (4 oz) dough balls. Using a floured pizza peel, shape them into circles approximately 13cm (5 in) in diameter. Top each circle with a slice of scamorza, a couple of slices of pepperoni, then 1 burger patty and 1 tbsp. tomato pizza sauce.
- Wrap the filling in the dough. Brush with olive oil. Bake on a pizza stone until golden brown, 8–10 minutes. Serve with tomato sauce for dipping.
