Adults and kids alike will love making and sharing this pizza-flavored pull-apart bread. The bread consists of dough balls that are tightly packed into a pan along with other pepperoni pizza ingredients—sausage, grated cheese, and tomato sauce. Show kids the size of the dough balls, and they can assemble the bread themselves and prepare it for baking. Enjoy the bread warm, tearing it off with their hands.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Position a rack in the middle of the oven and preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease the bottom and inside walls of a 22x12 cm pan with olive oil.
- Pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil onto a large dinner plate and sprinkle with 0.5 teaspoon of salt. Pinch off ping-pong ball-sized pieces of dough and roll them into rough balls. Dip each ball of dough in the salted oil to coat on all sides.
- Place half the balls in the prepared pan, pressing them together. Spoon half the sauce over the balls, then sprinkle with half the pepperoni, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Repeat with the remaining dough balls, sauce, pepperoni, and Parmesan.
- Place the loaf pan on a rimmed baking sheet and bake until puffed and golden brown, about 25 minutes. Cover loosely with foil and continue baking until the center is set, about 25 minutes more.
- Let it rest in the pan for 10 minutes, then use oven mitts or a towel to remove the bread. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese and serve hot. Tear off pieces of bread and enjoy.
