These miniature sandwiches are the perfect portion size for kids, and they'll be easy to make under your supervision. The Sloppy Joe is a burger with a generous dollop of gravy instead of a patty. It's impossible not to get a mess, which is why kids love the Sloppy Joe. Carrots, corn, and red cabbage add fiber and make the sandwiches juicier and healthier. For assembly, use slider buns. They're small and easy for kids to hold.
