  • 8 slices center-cut bacon
  • 225 g softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 heaped teaspoons of Dijon mustard
  • 1.5 cups grated Swiss cheese (available in the dairy section)
  • 3 chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped smoked almonds
  • Serving options: Young carrots or assorted hot flatbreads, cut into small pieces pumpernickel bread or rye bread or sliced ​​whole grain baguette for dipping into the sauce

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Preheat oven to 205°C.

    In a nonstick skillet, fry the bacon over medium-high heat. Transfer the crispy bacon pieces to a paper towel to absorb excess grease.
