Despite the bite-sized size of this appetizer, it's packed with flavor. Thin strips of chicken breast are smeared with cream cheese, sprinkled with chopped fresh jalapeño, and rolled into a roll. Each roll is then wrapped in a strip of bacon and baked until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy. It looks absolutely stunning.
