Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. Preheat oven to 190 C. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. In a food processor, process the bread into fine crumbs and transfer to a large bowl. Add the onion and carrot to the food processor and chop finely. Transfer the vegetables to the bowl with the bread and add the ground turkey and beef, egg, 1/2 teaspoon each of curry powder, salt, and pepper. Mix the mixture by hand until smooth.

  3. Form the minced meat into 4 oblong patties and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Mix the ketchup and chutney in a separate small bowl and spread it over the patties. Place the patties in the oven and bake until done, about 20 minutes.
  4. Bring a saucepan of salted water to a boil. Add the potatoes and cook for 4 minutes, then add the broccoli and continue cooking for about 6 minutes more. Drain the water, add olive oil and 1/8 teaspoon of curry powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the vegetables with the cutlets.
