Make healthy turkey burgers packed with the delicious flavor of a Tex-Mex burrito. In addition to ground turkey, these patties include typical burrito ingredients like rice, beans, and lots of aromatic spices. Place the juicy patties on buns and replace the sauce with fresh guacamole and sour cream.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 cup cooled leftover white or brown rice
- 450 g of ground turkey
- 1 can (425 g) pinto beans, rinsed
- A pinch of chili powder
- 1.5 tsp cumin
- 1.5 tsp. coriander
- 1 tbsp grill seasoning
- 1 tbsp. l. rapeseed oil (canola)
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- 1 jalapeño or serrano pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- Half a small red onion, finely chopped
- 0.5 cup sour cream
- 4 red lettuce leaves
- 1 ripe tomato, sliced into rounds
- 4 buns, cut in half on the sides

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Combine rice, ground beef, and beans with spices and grill seasoning. Form into 4 large patties, then heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the patties for 7-8 minutes on each side.
- Meanwhile, combine the avocado with the garlic, lime zest and juice, jalapeño, and red onion. Mash to combine, then add the sour cream.
