To enhance the flavor of Sloppy Joe sandwiches and take it to the next level, Rachael Ray adds finely chopped hot dog sausage and a steak spice blend to the thick meat sauce. Spoon the meat sauce directly onto the buns, grab plenty of napkins, and enjoy!
