Divide one package (310 g) of chilled yeast dough into 12 pieces; roll into balls and place in a greased mini muffin tin. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake at 180°C until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Remove from pans and cool.

Form 12 2-inch (450 g) ground beef patties, place on a foil-lined baking sheet, and bake for 15 minutes. Split the buns; fill with the patties, cheddar cheese slices, pickles, ketchup, and mustard. Skewer the mini burgers and serve as a buffet appetizer.

These Mini burgers can be stuffed with ham and pineapple.
