This simple, straightforward pasta recipe with ground turkey and vegetables will help you prepare a delicious dinner. Instead of ground turkey, use sausage from the prepared foods section, remove the casings, and the delicious ground meat, seasoned with all the necessary spices, is ready. All that's left to do is fry it, then mix it in a pan with the vegetables and cooked pasta. Broccoli is fried last, after all the other ingredients, and steamed. This way, its tender florets stay juicy and retain their vitamins.

The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.

1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

  • 450 g raw turkey sausages
  • 1.5 cups broccoli florets
