3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 350 g medium shrimp, peeled and heads removed
  • 1 head of red onion, cut into rings
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 450 g ready-made pizza dough, room temperature (For the pizza dough recipe, see here.)
  • 1 cup cherry tomato, halved
  • 1/2 cup crumbled cheese feta
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium. Toss the shrimp and onion in a bowl with olive oil and oregano. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Roll the dough into a 20 x 25 cm rectangle. Lightly brush the grill with olive oil. Place the dough on the grill and grill on one side for about 3 minutes. Remove the dough with tongs and place it cooked side up on a cutting board. Brush the dough with olive oil.

  3. Grill the shrimp and onion, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle the shrimp and onion over the crust, then place the pizza on the grill. Top with tomatoes and feta cheese, cover, and bake until done, about 5 more minutes.
  4. Carefully transfer the shrimp pizza to a cutting board. Sprinkle with parsley and cut into pieces.
