It's time for a snack! Serve toasted bread with shrimp, tomatoes, and a fragrant pesto dressing.


Ingredients:

1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut the buns, place them on a baking sheet, and toast, turning once, until golden brown on both sides, about 10 minutes.
  • Step 2
  • In a bowl, combine the shrimp, tomatoes, basil pesto sauce, and salt and pepper to taste. Spoon a tablespoon of shrimp onto each slice of bread and serve.
