White beans, thanks to their creamy texture, are considered the perfect base for healthy dips. Keep a can of baked beans on hand for a quick snack, especially when guests are coming. Simply blend the beans with spices, herbs, and olive oil until they form a smooth paste. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables for dipping, or spread on bruschetta and enjoy.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:

3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

- 1.5 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 fresh sprigs of mint
- 6 fresh sprigs of thyme, leaves only
- 3 tbsp chives, chopped
- Coarse salt and black pepper
