Inexpensive instant noodles can be used to make a delicious Asian stir-fry ramen. A wild mushroom blend will impart a stunning natural aroma and flavor to the noodles. You can use any flavor of noodles and cook them with different additions each time, giving your ramen a unique twist. All ingredients will be stir-fried in a hot cast-iron skillet. To prevent the noodles from overcooking, pour warm water over them first, rather than boiling.

Recipe:
Cover 1 package of instant noodles (any flavor) with warm water; let sit for 5 minutes, then drain. In a cast-iron skillet, cook 1 pound (450 g) of chopped wild mushrooms with the seasoning packet from the noodles in vegetable oil, stirring rapidly, for 3 minutes; transfer to a plate. Add 1 tablespoon (15 g) of butter and the noodles to the skillet; cook, stirring, for 1 minute, then stir in the mushrooms.
