Time: 25 min.
Complexity: easily
Servings: 4-6

This delicious Italian omelette is made with chunks of smoked salmon and creamy cream cheese, which is heaped into a mixture of beaten eggs. A little fresh dill perfectly complements the flavor combination of the delicate cheese and savory fish. A proper frittata is cooked over low heat to ensure the omelette cooks through and is fluffy and airy. Therefore, it's first fried in a pan and then finished in the oven. Make sure you have a versatile frying pan. This dish looks very sophisticated, but it's ready in minutes. A great breakfast option.
