Ingredients:

  • 220 g of cream cheese at room temperature
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1.5 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 tsp lemon zest + 1 tbsp fresh lemon zest (from 1 lemon)
  • 1 small clove of garlic, finely grated
  • 170 g hot smoked salmon, crumbled or finely chopped
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • Carrot sticks, celery sticks, cucumber sticks, and/or crackers for serving
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, 1 tablespoon water, and a generous pinch of pepper. Add the smoked salmon and green onions and mix well. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Transfer the dip to a small serving bowl and serve with vegetables and/or crackers.
