A recipe for Mexican-style cabbage salad with radish and jalapeno peppers.


Ingredients:

  • 1 medium head of cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 bunch radish, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 1 small bunch of cilantro, chopped
  • 1-2 green jalapeño peppers, thinly sliced
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • In a large salad bowl, combine the cabbage, radishes, olive oil, salt, and lime juice. Let sit for 15 minutes. Before serving, toss with cilantro and sprinkle with jalapeño.
