Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 450 g canned corn, drained
  • 450 g canned red beans, drained
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 4 radishes, sliced
  • 3 green onions, cut into rings
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • In a bowl, mix mustard, lime juice, wine vinegar, olive oil, cilantro, add salt to taste.
  • Step 2
  • Combine corn, beans, bell pepper, radishes, and green onions in a salad bowl. Toss the salad with the dressing and season with salt and pepper to taste.
