  • 900 g of young white cabbage
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 medium-sized onion
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

We recommend

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. Quarter the cabbage and remove the core. Peel the carrots and onions and cut into pieces that will fit through the feed tube in the lid of a food processor. Fit the large-hole grater to the processor and grate the cabbage, carrots, and onion. Combine the vegetables in a large bowl.
  2. In another medium bowl, prepare the salad dressing by mixing mayonnaise, mustard, apple cider vinegar, sugar, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss the dressing with the vegetables and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover the salad with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
