This vibrant red and green salad is a simple dish that will brighten up any holiday table. The vinegar dressing adds a tart flavor to the cooked beets and fresh radishes, while green onions and parsley add crunch and a fresh, herbaceous flavor.


Ingredients:

  • 700 gr. boiled beets, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of caraway seeds
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • 6 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Green leafy salad
  • 3 tbsp finely chopped parsley
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • Place the sliced ​​beets in a large bowl. In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, mustard, and cumin. Slowly add the oil and continue whisking. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the beets, reserving 3 tablespoons in the small bowl.

    Add the radishes and onions to the remaining dressing in a small bowl and toss thoroughly. Arrange the lettuce leaves on a platter and top with the beets. Sprinkle the beets with the radishes and green onions. Garnish with parsley. salad can be diversified with different ingredients.
