Did you know that watercress is considered one of the most nutritious foods? It's true! It's rich in vitamin K, which is essential for bone health, and antioxidants. Watercress belongs to the same vegetable family as cabbage, kale, and Brussels sprouts. In this Caesar salad recipe, watercress was substituted for regular lettuce, infusing the dish with a more vibrant flavor.
