In a skillet over low heat, sauté 2 crushed garlic cloves, 1 diced jalapeño pepper and 1 teaspoon cumin in olive oil for 5 minutes.

Mix in a bowl black beans, 1.5 cups each diced cucumber and halved grape tomatoes, 4 chopped green onions, chopped cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice. Mash the hot garlic mixture and add to the beans. Season with salt, add the watercress, and stir.
