- 1/2 cup Spanish brandy
- 1/4 cup Spanish orange liqueur
- Juice of 1 orange
- 1/2 cup superfine sugar
- 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 1/2 orange, halved and thinly sliced
- 1/2 lemon, halved and thinly sliced
- 1/2 plum, thinly sliced (pit removed first)
- 1/2 peach, thinly sliced (pit removed)
- 1 bottle (300 ml) of chilled sparkling water

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- In a large pitcher, combine the wine, brandy, orange liqueur, and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Add the fruit and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
- Add sparkling water and serve sangria in large wine glasses. Add ice if desired.
