Sangria "Blanco" - detailed recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 2 bottles (750 ml) white Spanish wine such as Albariño (Galatia), Viura (Rioja), Verdejo (Rueda) or Sauvignon Blanc
  • 1/2 cup Spanish brandy
  • 1/4 cup Spanish orange liqueur
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 1/2 cup superfine sugar
  • 1/2 cup sliced ​​fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 orange, halved and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 lemon, halved and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 plum, thinly sliced ​​(pit removed first)
  • 1/2 peach, thinly sliced ​​(pit removed)
  • 1 bottle (300 ml) of chilled sparkling water

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. In a large pitcher, combine the wine, brandy, orange liqueur, and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Add the fruit and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
  2. Add sparkling water and serve sangria in large wine glasses. Add ice if desired.
