Baked Brie Cheese with Almonds and Honey

Just two additional ingredients transform Brie cheese into a sophisticated French-style appetizer in minutes: honey and toasted almond flakes. Sprinkle them over the cheese and bake until soft. Spread (or dip) the appetizer onto baguette slices and enjoy the combination of soft cheese and crunchy nuts with sweet honey notes with a glass of wine.

1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 piece of brie cheese weighing 340 g.
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
- 1 large French baguette

Recipe:
