Sweet dried apricots pair perfectly with the richness of sesame and hemp seeds in these energy bars. Nut-free and no-bake, they make a great breakfast or snack. With 8 grams of fiber and 10 grams of protein per serving, they'll satisfy your hunger any time of day.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 340 g dried apricots
- 1 cup wheat germ
- 1/2 tbsp. sesame tahini paste
- 1/4 cup raw, shelled hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup black or white sesame seeds (or both)

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Line a baking pan with foil to a depth of 20 cm, leaving a 15 cm overhang on both opposite sides.
- In a food processor, puree the dried apricots. Add the wheat germ and hemp seeds and process until the ingredients become sticky. Add the tahini and begin blending. Add the sesame seeds and mix until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan. Using the excess foil, press the mixture firmly and evenly into the pan. Refrigerate for about 2 hours until firm. Lift the mixture out of the pan using the edges of the foil and invert it onto a cutting board. Carefully scrape the foil off the mixture and cut it in half vertically, then into quarters horizontally to make 8 equal bars. Wrap each bar individually in parchment paper and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
