Make your own healthy protein bars with just a few simple ingredients: peanuts, dates, cocoa, and egg whites. Ground with dates, the peanuts create a sweet peanut butter, while the cocoa powder infuses it with a rich chocolate flavor. The bars are soft, chewy, and delicious.
