Mini hamburgers with pickles - a detailed recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1 kg lean ground beef
  • 36 small hamburger buns, cut into 2 pieces
  • 1 large onion
  • Sliced ​​pickles, ketchup and mustard, for garnish
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Finely chop the onion in a food processor.
  2. Prepare hamburger patties: Divide the ground beef into 36 portions and form into small balls. Heat a cast-iron skillet, add the meatballs one at a time, press down with a spatula, season with salt and pepper, and then sprinkle with onion. Fry on one side for 2 minutes, then flip, press down again with a spatula, and fry for another 2 minutes. Then place the buns, flat side down, on top of the patties to heat through, about a minute.

  3. Prepare hamburgers: Place the patties, pickle slices, and fried onions on the bottom halves of the buns, one at a time, and drizzle with ketchup. Top with the top halves, spread with mustard.
