Juicy patties are baked in the oven, and the buns are kept warm in foil. These manly burgers, prepared this way, will appeal to anyone who's burning with curiosity about what's cooking in the kitchen of a perfectionist bachelor.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 450 gr. sausage mince
  • 8 hamburger buns, cut in half
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Preheat oven to 120°C. Preheat grill surface to 170°C.

    In a small bowl, combine onion powder, garlic powder, pepper and salt.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the ground meat in the center of the baking sheet. Cover the meat with a large piece of plastic wrap. Roll the meat with a rolling pin until it covers the entire surface of the baking sheet; the layer should be very thin. Remove the plastic wrap and sprinkle the meat with the seasoning mixture. Fold the meat layer in half, side to side, using the parchment paper. Using a pizza cutter, cut the meat into 8 equal squares.

  3. Wrap the buns in foil and place in the oven for 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile, place the patties on a baking sheet and bake for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove the buns from the oven. Spread a small amount of mayonnaise on each bun, top with the burger and any other toppings you desire. Serve immediately.
