Recipe for making azu in a slow cooker using pork and pickles.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 500 g pork
- 2-3 pickled cucumbers
- 1/2 cup cucumber pickle
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- Dill and parsley greens
- Salt, pepper

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Rinse the meat under running water, dry with a napkin or towel, cut into small pieces, place in the multicooker bowl and fry for 20 minutes, setting the “Bake” mode.
- Then add the chopped pickles, stir, and cook on the same setting for another 10-15 minutes. Pour in the pickle brine and tomato paste sauce, add chopped dill and parsley, season lightly with salt and pepper, select the "Stewing" setting, and set the timer for 1 hour.
Serve the finished azu with a vegetable or cereal side dish.
