Recipe for making azu in a slow cooker using pork and pickles.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 500 g pork
  • 2-3 pickled cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup cucumber pickle
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • Dill and parsley greens
  • Salt, pepper

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Rinse the meat under running water, dry with a napkin or towel, cut into small pieces, place in the multicooker bowl and fry for 20 minutes, setting the “Bake” mode.
  2. Then add the chopped pickles, stir, and cook on the same setting for another 10-15 minutes. Pour in the pickle brine and tomato paste sauce, add chopped dill and parsley, season lightly with salt and pepper, select the "Stewing" setting, and set the timer for 1 hour.

    Serve the finished azu with a vegetable or cereal side dish.
