Peanut butter can be used not only as a spread or secretly eaten straight from the jar with a spoon, but also to make delicious homemade candies. To make these, mix the crunchy, peanut-chunky paste with melted sugar and corn syrup. For extra crunch and a variety of textures, stir in some puffed rice cereal. Form the resulting mixture into balls and enjoy them with a cup of coffee or as a treat for guests. The candies will keep well for up to 2 weeks.
