These meatballs, crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside, will delight both children and adults. To make them, ground beef is mixed with breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, and spices. Then, small meatballs are formed and baked in the oven until done. Serve the meatballs with noodles, potatoes, or rice, and top with any sauce of your choice, from tomato sauce to a delicate béchamel.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 230°C. Line 2 baking sheets with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onion, garlic, parsley, 2 tablespoons of salt, and 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix with your hands, distributing the ingredients evenly. Form the minced meat into 4-meter-long meatballs (about 30). Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake meatballs until cooked through and golden brown, 12-15 minutes.
