Time: 2 hours 15 minutes

While a ribeye steak is quite satisfying on its own, and salting, peppering, and searing it are enough to enjoy its flavor, there comes a time when you crave something new. To add a new palette of flavors to a juicy, tender steak, marinate it briefly using this recipe. The grilled meat will become even more tender and acquire a subtle hint of spice and smoke. This same marinade can be used on other types of meat before grilling.
