Pepper sauce for steak - a detailed recipe.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 4 grilled red bell peppers, trimmed, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 small red onion, coarsely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp chipotle pepper puree (smoked jalapeño)
- 1/2 cup canola oil or olive oil

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- In a blender, combine the roasted bell pepper, onion, garlic, red wine vinegar, honey, mustard, chipotle pepper, salt, and black pepper until smooth. With the blender running, slowly add the oil and blend. Strain the sauce into a bowl.
