- Place the filet mignon in a food processor and process until smooth. Transfer to a chilled bowl. Step 2
- Add the onion, capers, parsley, Dijon mustard, butter, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and egg. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately with toasted country bread.
