Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped pickled cucumbers
  • 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1 teaspoon coarse mustard
  • A pinch of salt and ground black pepper
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Place all ingredients in a food processor or mini food processor fitted with a steel blade and pulse a few times until the pickles are finely chopped and all ingredients are well combined but not pureed.
Exit: 3/4 cup
