This exquisite appetizer is made with fresh tuna, bamboo shoots, avocado, and tomatoes. Everything is cut into small cubes and dressed with lime juice. The tartare is served with fire-roasted Mexican shkatik peppers and tortilla chips.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 pepper shkatik
- 200 g tuna steak, cut into small cubes (brunoise)
- 100 g bamboo shoots, finely diced (brunoise)
- 50 g grape tomatoes, halved
- 15 g ginger, finely diced (brunoise)
- 15 g green onions, diced
- 15 g red onion, thinly sliced
- 8 fresh mint leaves
- 15 g ground coriander
- 30 gr. sesame oil
- Juice of half a lime
- 100 g diced avocado
- 15 g toasted sesame seeds
- 100 g tortilla chips

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Fry the chili over an open flame until black spots appear. Set aside.
- In a bowl, combine the tuna, bamboo shoots, tomatoes, ginger, green onions, red onions, mint, and cilantro. Add sesame oil and lime juice. Gently fold in the avocado. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the tartare on a plate. Garnish with chili pepper and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with tortilla chips.
