Try this simple recipe for a thick and rich beef stew. Despite the long list of ingredients, it's incredibly easy to prepare, and all the ingredients are readily available in almost any kitchen. First, stir-fry the vegetables with spices, then add the chopped beef, pour in the broth, and simmer over low heat until the meat is tender and flavorful. A couple of tablespoons of cornstarch will help thicken the stew to the desired consistency, making it delicious.
