Ingredients:

  • 12 sheets spring roll dough, defrosted
  • 450 g ready turkey meat, cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons sweet and spicy Asian sauce
  • 1 bunch green onions, sliced
  • 1 carrot, boiled and cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • In a bowl, combine the turkey and Asian sauce. Place the dough sheet with the corner facing you and layer the turkey on top in a strip, sprinkle with green onions, carrots, and cilantro. Fold the top and side corners in, then roll into a roll, moistening the last corner with water. Repeat with the remaining spring rolls.
  • Step 2
  • Pour 2-3 cm of vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat to 190 C. Fry the spring rolls until golden brown, 1-2 minutes per side. Serve with hot sauce.
