If you're tired of classic cheesecake, try coating it in chocolate and deep-frying it, after wrapping it in thin crust and dipping it in egg wash. Top it with chocolate sauce and whipped cream, and you've got yourself a unique dessert!
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
Fried cheesecake
- 2 tbsp. crumbs graham crackers
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 7 tbsp (100 g) melted butter
- 3 packages (230 g) of softened cottage cheese
- 1 cup of sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 bar (110 g) white chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
- 30 sheets of spring roll dough
- Liaison (beat 1 egg with 1 cup of milk)
- 1 bar (110 g) dark chocolate, chopped
- Vegetable oil for deep-frying
- Powdered sugar for sprinkling
- 230 g of chocolate sauce in a bottle with a dispenser
- Whipped cream

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
Cheesecake
Preheat oven to 180°C.- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture tightly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan, forming a 1-inch (2.5 cm) edge. Bake for 8 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese and sugar. Beat with a mixer until fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Stir in the melted chocolate.
- Carefully pour the mixture onto the prepared base. Bake for 45 minutes.
- Let cool completely on a wire rack. Refrigerate until firm, about 8 hours before serving.
- Cut the cheesecake into equal pieces, approximately 8 x 2.5 cm.
Deep-fried cheesecake rolls
Heat oil in a deep fryer to 185°C.- Lightly brush each spring roll sheet with egg wash. Remove any excess egg wash with paper towels. Place each cheesecake slice in the center of the sheet. Sprinkle with chopped chocolate. Fold the top edge of the dough down to enclose the cheesecake, then fold the edges toward the center. Roll each cheesecake slice toward you until it is completely covered. Make sure the roll is tightly rolled and the edges are sealed.
- Carefully lower the egg-dipped rolls into the oil and fry until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Use tongs to remove the browned egg rolls from the oil. Place each egg roll in a bowl with powdered sugar and coat thoroughly. Place the deep-fried cheesecake rolls on paper towels to cool slightly before serving.
- Drizzle the fried cheesecakes with chocolate sauce and top with whipped cream.
