Rolls with bacon, banana and seed paste
Votes: 2

If you don't have any peanut butter at home to make Elvis' banana sandwiches, try our interpretation. He'd definitely thank us for maintaining the flavor profile, and what's more, it uses sunflower seed butter, a perfect substitute for peanut butter. Save a few pieces of bacon from your Sunday lunch, and all it takes is 10 minutes this morning to create rolls the King would be proud of.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- One 22 cm. tortilla
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1/4 cup banana chunks, plus 6 slices for garnish
- 3 tablespoons sunflower seed paste
- 2 slices cooked bacon, chopped
We recommend
Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Place the tortilla on a work surface and spread the sunflower paste over it. Drizzle with honey. Arrange the sliced bananas and bacon evenly on top, leaving just a little space to the edge.
- Roll the tortilla tightly. Trim about 2 cm from each end, then cut the roll into six equal-width pieces. Arrange them on a plate and top each with a slice of banana. Serve the same day.
