Just Add Water: Beef Noodle Soup with Kimchi

How to Make - Just Add Water: Beef Noodle Soup with Kimchi
Kitchen:Asian,
Menu:Dinner,
Time: 10 min.
Complexity: easily
Servings: 1

Be sure to follow the order in which you prepare this instant noodle soup. The roast beef marinates overnight in the sauce and kimchi juice, becoming incredibly flavorful. If you can't find fresh udon, buy dried udon noodles, boil them, rinse them in cold water, and use as directed. Just before lunch, add boiling water, let them sit for a few minutes, and enjoy! A great soup option to take to work.
